SHIPPING POLICY
Free Tracked Shipping Across Canada — On Every Order
At Voneri, every order ships with full tracking included, at no extra cost. Whether you are in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary or anywhere in between, your order is on its way to you with care.
What happens after you order
As soon as your order is placed, our team gets to work. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@voneri.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.
Your tracking link
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first tracking update to appear, as carriers sometimes take a little time to register new packages in their system. If you have any questions about your shipment in the meantime, our team is happy to help.
A note on occasional delays
We ship across Canada every day and the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated window. Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as high-volume periods or carrier delays — can cause a short extension to the delivery timeline. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out and we will look into it right away.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within Canada. Orders to major urban centres tend to arrive toward the shorter end of that range. Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
Deliveries are made on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
